We are excited to welcome the Rev. Craig Troutman to MMFA’s Grant Advisory Committee.
During his ministry, Craig served as associate pastor at Ardmore Moravian Church and then as senior pastor at Raleigh Moravian for 37 years. He also served as a trustee for Moravian Theological Seminary, was a member of the Southern Province Financial Board and the SP Support Services Board, and co-chaired the 2014 Southern Province Synod.
Craig is looking forward to serving on MMFA’s Grant Advisory Committee as he believes “the mission and ministry of the Moravian Church, at its best, inspires a shared commitment to the way of Jesus. The work of this committee affirms gifts present within our church that support a shared sense of mission and ministry.”
The Grant Advisory Committee (GAC) is responsible for evaluating grant applications and recommending to the MMFA Board of Trustees which applications should receive grant funding. The GAC is appointed by the MMFA Board and consists of at least one MMFA trustee, one MMFA staff member, and no fewer than five additional members.
We thank all members of the GAC for their service (see below for the 2025 committee roster). We also thank Zach Routh for his years of service; he will roll off at the end of this year.
